Where are you located?
We are conveniently located just 3 minutes from I90 and Genoa Road.
We are about 40 minutes from Crystal Lake, DeKalb or Janesville WI.
We are 35 minutes from Route 25 and I90 and about 25 minutes for Randall Rd. and I90.
Where do I park when I get there?
Please park on 6th street at the corner of 6th and State St. under the big tree.
How long does it take to get my finished portraits?
Our regular delivery time is 4 to 5 weeks. Holidays times are slightly longer.
How do my finished portraits come delivered?
They come individually packaged and gift boxed.
I have older children and no one to watch them. Can I bring them?
Of course! We know how it is when you have a family and we'll do everything we can to make them feel at home.
Do you have evening or weekend hours?
We are very sorry, but no we don't. We need our evening and weekends for our own family. We're sure you understand.
Do I need to confirm all appointments?
Yes, please. All confirmations are the responsibility of the clients. Please call us no less than 24 hours prior of any appointment to confirm or reschedule. If you don't call to confirm please don't assume you still have an appointment. Since we always have a waiting list we may have already given someone else that time slot.
What if I'm running late?
If you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. With our style of photography taking up to one hour we don't want to short change you when it comes to creating timeless portraits.
